Dr. Ghufran Jassim

- Dr. Ghufran graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from Arabian Gulf University. She was trained as a Family Physician and was awarded the Arab Board and Irish Board in family medicine. She holds the title of Consultant in Family Medicine. She received a master’s degree in health policy and population studies from Arabian Gulf University. She also received a doctorate degree in family medicine from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She holds the position of Associate Professor and head of Family Medicine Department at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland-Medical university of Bahrain. She has many research publications published in peer reviewed journals, and her research is focused on women's and children's health, breast and cervical cancer.
